Privacy Notice
FFVN minimizes data collection. The current story form opens the visitor's email application and does not upload files to a site database. Visitors should not send passwords, identification, financial, medical, or other sensitive material. Any privacy-respecting analytics must exclude story text, form content, session replay, and unnecessary personal identifiers.
Information you choose to send
Email submissions may contain the contact and incident information you choose to include. FFVN asks for written first-hand accounts only and asks contributors not to include attachments or sensitive information. Email providers and network operators may process messages under their own terms.
Publication choices
A submission is not automatically public. A contributor may request private review only, anonymous publication, or publication with a name. Publication requires editorial review and consent; sending an email does not guarantee publication.
Measurement
If privacy-minimal analytics is enabled, FFVN intends to measure aggregate visits, page entrances, outbound official-resource clicks, and guide engagement. It will not intentionally send story text, free-form form content, or session replay to analytics.
